The 2020 Texas Ministry Conference℠ (TMC) will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
The TMC is produced annually by the CO+OP, a nonprofit organization focused on providing quality products, services and education to churches, schools and ministries.
The 2020 Texas Ministry Conference℠ will be held at Champion Forest Baptist Church, 15555 Stuebner-Airline Road, Houston, Texas 77069.
The early-bird registration rate for CO+OP Members is $115 for individuals and $99 per registrant in groups of 3 or more. For Non-CO+OP Members, the rate is $150 for individuals and $130 per registrant in groups of 3 or more. These rates are good through January 12, 2020. Regular registration begins January 13, 2020 and runs through February 2, 2020. Registration includes your choice of four workshop sessions, the keynote speaker presentation, full access to vendors and sponsors, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Attendees are responsible for covering their own lodging and transportation.
Cancellations prior to January 1, 2020 are refunded less a $25.00 administration fee. If you must cancel after January 1, 2020, please bless someone else in your organization by letting them attend in your place. If circumstances prevent you from attending the conference after registering, feel free to invite a coworker or friend to take your place. To do so, contact the Texas Ministry Conference™ office at 832-478-5131. If someone is taking your place, please let us know so we can prepare materials for your replacement.
We do not invoice for the conference. All registrations require credit card payment or check to complete. Any registrations that come in the mail must have a check enclosed to reserve your spot at the conference.
It could be cool or warm. The average temperature is around 68°F in February. Temperatures have run between 50 and 80 degrees.
Most people will be dressed in business casual attire. Even when it’s hot outside, it tends to be cool inside the event venue, so you may want to dress in layers or bring a sweater or jacket.
We have two (2) lunch options available at the Texas Ministry Conference℠: barbecue and vegetarian.
You may choose from two Houston-area airports, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Most of our attendees fly into IAH.

Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., so out-of-town guests are encouraged to arrive the night before. The last session ends at 5:00 p.m., which should allow enough time for attendees to depart from a Houston-area airport on an 8:00 p.m. or later flight.
Yes! Download the free TMC Together We… app from Google Play or the App Store. More information about the app will be released about a month in advance of the conference. We recommend you download the app prior to arrival so you can stay informed.
Each speaker determines whether they will make their workshop materials available to attendees. All available presentations will be accessible for download in the conference app.
