Rick Cadden, CCA, CCBA, is a speaker and trainer in Church Business Administration. He has served on church staffs for 23 years in church administration and operations. Rick has led teams in Ministerial and Support Staff, Food Service, Facility Management, Risk Management, Operations, Finance, and HR departments. He received his certification in 2000 from The Church Network and the Baptist Leader Network as a Certified Business Administrator. He has been published in trade magazines, a speaker/trainer in the business of Ministry program at Truett Seminary, conference speaker both locally and nationally, and a trainer/speaker for the TCN Certification Program at DBU.
